Nuevo presidente en AMPI San Miguel de Allende: Erwit Reichert Machorro inicia gestión 2026
El jueves 5 de marzo de 2026 se llevó a cabo la toma de protesta de Erwit Reichert Machorro como Presidente de la Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI), Sección San Miguel de Allende, para el periodo 2026.
La ceremonia marcó el inicio de una nueva gestión dentro del organismo, en un contexto de actividad constante del sector inmobiliario en la ciudad. Durante el evento se reiteró el enfoque institucional hacia la ética, la profesionalización y el fortalecimiento del gremio.
En representación de la Presidenta Nacional de AMPI, Jenny Althair Rivas Padilla, asistió el Mtro. Nay Elías Villegas Rodríguez, Vicepresidente de Finanzas y Tesorería, quien transmitió el respaldo de la asociación a la nueva dirigencia y señaló la continuidad de los esfuerzos orientados a la profesionalización del sector inmobiliario y su participación en el desarrollo económico.
En la ceremonia también estuvieron presentes representantes del ámbito institucional y profesional, entre ellos el Lic. Martín Alonso Martínez Pérez, Presidente del Notariado de San Miguel de Allende; el Lic. José Martín Barroso Cervantes, Presidente saliente de la sección; y la Lic. Alejandra Lorelí Cortés Ávila, Coordinadora de la Región 12 Guanajuato.
On Thursday, March 5, 2026, Erwit Reichert Machorro was sworn in as President of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI), San Miguel de Allende Section, for the period 2026.
The ceremony marked the beginning of a new management within the organization, in a context of constant activity in the real estate sector in the city. During the event, the institutional approach towards ethics, professionalization and strengthening of the union was reiterated.
Representing the National President of AMPI, Jenny Althair Rivas Padilla, he attended Mtro. Nay Elías Villegas Rodríguez, Vice President of Finance and Treasury, who conveyed the association's support to the new leadership and pointed out the continuity of the efforts aimed at the professionalization of the real estate sector and its participation in economic development.
