La Factoría apuesta por libre pastoreo y agricultura regenerativa

El proyecto desarrolla un modelo de granja lechera de libre pastoreo en el entorno rural de San Miguel de Allende.
La Factoría se presenta en San Miguel de Allende como un proyecto de producción lechera enfocado en agricultura regenerativa y manejo holístico del territorio. Desarrollada sobre tierras previamente destinadas a cultivo convencional, la granja incorpora prácticas como pastoreo rotacional, recuperación biológica del suelo y alimentación de libre pastoreo. Actualmente produce distintos derivados lácteos elaborados sin pesticidas ni químicos añadidos. La propuesta integra producción alimentaria y regeneración ambiental en un contexto donde crece el interés por modelos agrícolas sostenibles. Además de su operación productiva, el proyecto mantiene actividades orientadas a la divulgación y aprendizaje sobre agricultura regenerativa y manejo responsable del entorno.
La Factoría is committed to free-range grazing and regenerative agriculture
The project is developing a free-range dairy farm model in the rural area around San Miguel de Allende.
La Factoría is being launched in San Miguel de Allende as a dairy production project focused on regenerative agriculture and holistic land management. Developed on land previously used for conventional farming, the farm incorporates practices such as rotational grazing, biological soil restoration and free-range feeding. It currently produces a range of dairy products made without pesticides or added chemicals. The initiative combines food production with environmental regeneration in a context where interest in sustainableagricultural models is growing. In addition to its production activities, the project runs initiatives aimed at raising awareness and promoting learning about regenerative agriculture and responsible environmental management.
